Cubix Yerba Buena is one of the first condominium developments in San Francisco to exclusively target Millennials. Also called “Generation Y,” this group is considered to have unique housing needs.
Cubix Yerba Buena delivers on the “small” factor: condominiums range between 250 and 350 sq. ft. (aprx). But these “micro-units” are surprisingly livable. For example, high-ceilinged sleeping areas are just large enough for a bed.
And Cubix Yerba Buena delivers on modern details, too. Designs are clean with frosted glass, finished concrete walls and colored-stained, sealed concrete floors with in-floor radiant heat. There are 11-foot ceilings on the first floor and 9-foot ceilings on the others.

Two-thirds of the units at Cubix Yerba Buena have small outdoor decks with glass railings and views. There’s even fiber optic wiring in the building.
